Earth Child Playgroup hosts Emerald Safeguarding for Safeguarding and Compliance Training

We recently had the pleasure of delivering safeguarding and compliance training in a

nursery in Abu Dhabi, supporting the team to align fully with UAE laws, regulatory

requirements, and best practice standards. The sessions focused on key areas such as

child protection, recognising and responding to concerns, safe recruitment, and creating

a safe, supportive environment for children. We also ensured staff had a clear

understanding of their responsibilities within the UAE framework, helping the nursery

strengthen both confidence and compliance.

The experience itself was incredibly positive and engaging. Staff were enthusiastic,

open, and eager to learn, which made the sessions interactive and enjoyable for

everyone involved. Through practical examples, group discussions, and real-life

scenarios, the team were able to connect the training directly to their daily roles. It was

great to see their confidence grow throughout the sessions and their commitment to

maintaining high safeguarding standards.

We truly enjoyed working with the nursery team and found the experience both

rewarding and inspiring. Supporting early years settings in creating safe, nurturing

environments is at the heart of what we do, and it was a pleasure to be part of their

journey. We look forward to continuing to work with nurseries across Abu Dhabi, helping

them not only meet compliance requirements but also build strong, child-centred

safeguarding cultures.
